Well Amit Urologist is the best option,but i can also suggest u to do some excercises that is (1)when u go pee dont do it at once do it in few sessions pee stop pee stop pee stop and then finish.
(2)and when having sex when u r at the climax stop and then think of something else divert ur mind on something else.
(3)if u masterbate u can do the same thing when u r about to come stop masterbating and after few minutes do it and continue the process try this for few times it may help a alot.try not to *** when masterbating atleast for 5 to 7 sessions.
pee excercise and masterbation excercise helps u.
