Here is an exercise I read in a men’s magazine years ago. It worked for me. When you feel like you have to pee, hold it in for at least 10 minutes (do it when you are at home). Then when you pee don’t let go. Go in spurts and in between hold it to a count of 10. You can increase the count as you increase the ability to hold it in. This strengthens the muscles in that region and gives you control.
In between times you can strengthen the muscles in that area by practicing the holding in. Squeeze the muscles and hold to a count of 10 and then let go slowly. Repeat as often. Like any other exercise don’t overdo it.
