I know people say there are techniques to stop premature ejaculation. But for those techiniques, you have to control yourself. Which means, you can’t fully go at i t.
On the other hand lesbians go fully at it for hours and can enjoy it for long. So, i dont understand why we men prior to sex.. we die to have sex. If it’s gonna last nothing then why want it so much.
I wish i would understand God/Nature whoever made us

Look at it from a biological standpoint: The male has an over abundance of genetic material and does not have to invest very much time/energy into prenatal care so it makes sense that there would be a strong desire. And on the matter of the time that it takes to achieve ejaculation it also makes sense that the sooner it occurs the better because there is little time for predators and other distractions to stop the act before the exchange occurs.
First of all, women can have multiple orgasms much more easily than men, who need time to “recharge”. Secondly, I’m no expert, but 30 seconds is on the low end of the scale. Most men can last longer than that. Plus, there’s more to sex than just the actual “in-out, in-out”. Foreplay is a big part of it. It sounds like you have a personal problem and it isn’t fair to include all men in the 30-second club. If sex to you means just applying friction to the penis until you ejaculate, you’re missing out on the fun. You may as well just stick to masturbating.
Well simply put a guy is a guy and it’s our nature. Even if it doesn’t last long, the feeling from ejaculating is the best thing a man could have. Besides I last long, bring my girl to 3 orgasms, without doing any effort. Of course the first round only lasts like 5mn n I need like 5 to 10min to get my erection back with the right motivation(from her too) then I finish what I started, without doing any effort. I’m just tryna say that your facts aren’t quite right and sex is even more pleasurable with experience, if you know what you’re doing, therefore, whether it lasts long or not, your question is a no brainer. If you are quick to ejaculate, rest up and do it again. Then you will last longer. Masturbate and put a little practice into it. Use foreplay and lots of oral, too.
30 seconds? that’s your problem. i dont konw the average but i’d assume most guys can last at least a half hour. 30 seconds is unusual, bud. see a doc and do kegals.
