Do not use any herb, pill or other chemical stuff. They just don’t work yet. No large pharmaceutical company has gained a patent for Premature Ejaculation. That means there is no scientifically proven cure. Forget about the creams and sprays too! They will do the trick for a while, but have some nasty side effects.

no. premature ejaculation requires retraining your body to respond differently to stimulation. they are trying SSRI antidepressants with some success, but as far as i know of, no herbals or supplements have any effect. i recommend a book by mike castleman called great sex. in it he outlines techniques for retraining your body.
