Monday, December 14th, 2009so my gf, and I went out for about a year, and when ever we had sex I would last for about 45 mins, and it was great. yet after a year that we broke up and recently returned, sex it anything but that. I can seem to last long, we done it twice, and I lasted a total of 15 mins combined. I know lame. So i figure that it might be because I gained weight, haven’t exercise as much, and maybe increase alcohol and fast food consumption. to what you think and what should i do?

Monday, December 7th, 2009a night before we had phone sex and of course i ejaculated, and from wat i researched sperm doesnt last long outside the body so the next morning i urinated and from research some say urination clears the uretha of left over sperm and some say no in a non-sympathetic way. And so i urinated 2 more times before i went to go see her, which is around the same time we had phone-sex the previous day, also before we started our dummy process by having unprotected sex she performed oral sex on me. But im not sure if that help get rid of the “leftovers” from my last ejaculation but i just wanted to provide you that information. Thursday, November 26th, 2009The guy above is right–more details: A vasectomy is just cutting or tying off the vas deferens–the tube that runs from the Testes to the outside world. That just stops sperm from entering into the ejaculate, which is largely made up of water and sugar to keepp the sperm alive. Most of the rest of your ejaculate comes from 4 other glands that are not connected to the testes or the vas deferens. So, you produce the same amount of ejaculate as before, just spermless.
Premature ejaculation is the release of the ejaculate early–this still happens whether your vas deferens is connected or not. Like Larry above says, premature ejaculation is a matter of getting overstimulated and releasing early.
You can desensitize yourself to help slow down the process, you can also masturbate before sex which helps slow down the process and you can practice holding back. A vasectomy is not a technique to fix this problem.
