Other techniques to combat premature ejaculation is to stop moving completely while in as deep as you can until the urge to ejaculate passes. Try thinking about something completely boring while this is going on. Once the urge passes, stay in very deep while you move your pubic bone against her clit, which your partner will appreciate, while not really moving your penis. After a while you’ll be able to move a bit more until eventually you’ll be able to do full strokes. When the urge repeats, repeat the technique. In time you’ll be able to last for as long as you want.

Monday, October 26th, 2009Most of these answers are from people who probably don’t have any first hand experience. I do so let me answer.
In my case Yes. I think that the problem was that over the years it became harder and harder (pun not intended) to get an erection. So all the effort it took on my wife’s part, by the time it got hard I was almost done. With the Viagra, it still takes stimulation, but very little. Also you get so hard that I think it does reduce some of the stimulation. I don’t think this is bad because now I can have sex for 10+ minutes not less than 1 minute.
So while it is not intended for PE, in my case, it significantly increased my staying power.
I also started doing Kegel exercises. If you don’t know what these are, google it. I think this has helped too.
