Treatment is psychological. U have to bear in mind not to hurry ur ejaculation while having sex. You can try slow movements and try the techniques like squeezing the base of ur penis once you feel that u might ejaculate soon, try intermittent withdrawl of penis.
If these things donot help u can consult ur doctor who might prescribe some medications.

A case study of mine is a 30yo male who had been fiercely raped and molested when he was 15yo by his aunt’s husband. Wednesday, January 13th, 2010Background: I have a slightly above average size penis (about 6.5 inches, fully erect), and I have absolutely no problem becoming fully erect when aroused, and maintaining erections. But I have problems reaching orgasm; I’ve always had problems with that. Sometimes, I even have “faked it”, which is strange, as a guy, to have to do (and harder!). I am not and have not taken any meds (like SSRIs) that might interfere with this. I’m also not circumcized and haven’t had any injuries or surgeries to that region. He said that Men with prostitis will have problems with premature ejaculation. Has anyone been on these 2 meds together and has it worked well to treat both the prostitis and premature ejaculation? Also I have heard that if a man with prostitis ejaculates 4 to 5 times a week this helps with the pressure. How true is this?
