Try the deer exercise (google it). This helps for the ejaculation. Also, when masturbating, right before you squirt, stop jerking and sqeeze so you don’t shoot out, then once your need to release semen goes away, start again and stop before you squirt and keep doing the same thing. It hurts to stop before you squirt and it will take alot of control to stop when you want to squirt, but keep at it.
