Hello all, am from India, its very weird to talk abour sex here, am 21 up, after 5 years of frequent masturbation I came to know that I have premature ejaculation, as a matter of fact I ejaculate withing 20 seconds, of masturbation, its getting really weird. And what I have to know is that is there a real cure for premature ejaculation, without any medicines? and also its really weird to ask about these things to my GP, eventhough he is male, I know him right when I was 5 years, and the problem is that even when if I go and ask him some or the other way the news will get to my mother since she is a nursing tutor, and they have worked in the same medical center. eventhough I am just 21, I know there is lots of years left for my marriage, I have this problem pondering in my mind, and I dont know how to ask about premature ejaculation to my parents or the GP.
I masturbated for the past 5 years and I am afraid that I got this premature ejaculation because of masturbation, I searched in the Internet for P.E and most of the articles said that P.E is caused due to masturbation. is this true. How do I come out of this, I consider P.E as a disease, and many people are advicing me that it can be cured through medicines,but I dont want any sort of medicines in to my body, Since I have 6 solid years for my marriage, I want to make the most out this period to get out of this nonsence P.E, please help me, am very upset about this and I dont know how am going to get out of this , please I need answers from expert people who can get me out of this premature ejaculation.
