Does The Hip Adduction Exercise Help With Controlling Your Ejaculation?

I did some hip adduction exercises today and it worked on my inner thighs, the same ones that i feel get contracted when i’m having an orgasm. Will working out on these muscles help me control my ejaculations better
OR
will they make my muscles really strong and make it really hard for me to have an orgasm instead of making it better.

Has anybody actually defeated premature ejaculation by exercising the PC muscle? If so, how do you exercise? Sets of what and how many? I heard it could be harmful as well, is this a myth?

Men’s Health had an article about this topic.. One method is to masturbate almost to the point of orgasm then allow yourself to become unaroused by whatever means, then repeat this process three or four times before allowing yourself to climax. Do this several times a week and like exercising anything your premature ejaculation will improve.. Also masturbate an our or so before intercourse, and focus more on foreplay. Most men just want to jump in and git r done. I guarantee that if you spend ten or fifteen minutes down there first (or maybe longer) and get her warmed up to the level of arousal as yourself then you will be able to satisfy her just fine, or maybe climax together.
