well i’ve been masturbating from quite a long time since when i was 14 years old…now i m 28…and i m feeling the following symptoms:

penis bent downward

Monday, November 9th, 2009I am 27 years old and generally in good health. I have masturbated on an average of once per day since I was 18 years old…….. so in about 9 years now, I have discharged semen ~3265 times.
I suffer from premature ejaculation. I can come in less than a minute. Also my penis becomes fully hard just right before ejaculation, but otherwise it is not hard enough to enjoy intercourse. If I go faster and try to get it harder, I start coming. I just wish my penis is harder when it is normally erect without me feeling so close to ejaculating. I have no problems getting erections, but trouble is with holding back the semen and getting the penis hardest it can be during sex.
Questions:
- Can my problems be attributed to my long term masturbation? – Has my self indulgence over so many years ruined my sexual health and caused damage to my sexual organs?
