There’s a lot of different factors to this. Maybe you should try to “make out” more – do more foreplay to calm your nerves. It’s probably because you get excited and are oversensitive. Maybe you could try a different position where it would allow you to last longer. Try having her on top. Most men ejaculate faster in the doggie style position.

It took the time the therapist said it was going to take, about 2 months and 1/2.
It took between 2 and 3 months to completely solved the problem, my friend said he was very-very happy, and thanks me that I told him about this therapist that was a friend.
It enteiled personal meetings and some conversations about the issue that for professional reasons I was not told about, then the last thing I heard was that the therapy was done, and then my friend said all went ok. I don’t know how he made it,but the point premature ejaculation was solved.
I must warn you too, it comes with emotional secondary effects…. that if I were you, I wouldn’t discontinue the therapy.
You may start believing you are a better lover, and leave your wife because now you can handle, and can go towards the women that you were not able to get or at least you thought would reject you.
So… it is an issue, and should be handled with as much care as you can give.
