Ok ive strengthened my PC muscles to last longer in bed it works but Im worried forcefully holding in my ejaculation is gonna damage my insides!
I get mixed feedback some say its perfectly safe and in fact a treatment for premature ejaculation others say its damaging and cause retrograde ejaculation and your ejaculate is forced into your bladder or elsewhere
Whats the truth? Again please don’t answer if your having a good guess or don’t really know or think you have helpful advice I only want someone who actually knows!

The truth is very difficult to come by.
I had an “argument” on here a few days ago with a guy who said he was an FRCS (Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons, I presume).
I said that if you actually stopped the ejaculation after it had started then the back pressure could damage the prostate gland and the bladder sphincter, he said that it couldn’t.
He did however admit that sperm could be forced back down the vas deferens into the testicles by a retrograde ejaculation.
This surprised me because there is a one-way valve in the prostate that is there to prevent this. So the pressure on the bladder sphincter wud be very high. And certainly there have been reported cases of sperm being found in the urine, and reported cases of infection of the bladder.
So there you are. I wud have thought this Urologist’s territory and a surgeon is not a urologist. Neither am I.
It probably depends on how you do it, how many times, and how long but the body isn’t built to do this, & whilst I too have played with this PC muscle thing I’ve never blocked the ejac. once triggered.
It’s safe enough for the odd occasion, but holding it in when it’s trying to spurt out means the urethra (urine tube) has to take the pressure & expand. If it does this too often you won’t spurt properly, instead you’ll dribble. Also it can be annoying when you wee as it won’t drain the last few drops so readily, so you’ll be forever pulling or shaking to get it empty before putting it away. In some places that attracts the attention of gays, so not really desirable. But if you don’t get the last of the urine out you get annoying & embarrassing marks on your trousers. The choice is yours.
