im 35 and for very long time i dont have a girl friend becouse of the desapoitment that i had w premature ejaculation, i need some that can really take care of the problema, can be here in usa or any other part of the world, i hope s/b who had these problema and got better can tell how to cure PE. When you feel that you will ejaculate soon, try to the following:
Stop for awhile and press the part between your balls and your anus (press deeply)
This is something like a “restart button”….then go on with your thing.
or
Try exhaling a lot while doing it.
or
Try having a few drinks beforehand.

The “stop and start” method:
This technique involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate. The stimulation is then removed for about thirty seconds and then may be resumed. The sequence is repeated until ejaculation is desired, the final time allowing the stimulation to continue until ejaculation occurs.
The “squeeze” method:
This technique involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate. At that point, the man or his partner gently squeezes the end of the penis (where the glans meets the shaft) for several seconds, withholding further sexual stimulation for about 30 seconds, and then resuming stimulation. The sequence may be repeated by the person or couple until ejaculation is desired, the final time allowing the stimulation to continue until ejaculation occurs.
They make pills for that, or ask your doc he can prescribe you with something.
Yeah, you could go to the Doctor, but he would only put you on SSRI antidepressants. They side effect of SSRI antidepressants is to increase lasting time. I would avoid this sort of treatment though.
