I have severe case of premature ejaculation. I only last like 10 seconds when i go through intercourse. Is there anyway to help this?
I am 16 years old.
I started masturbating at the age of 12 and quite frequently (I have stopped like a year ago as frequently but it i too late. I notice the time it takes me to go was getting shorter and shorter and now it is only a few seconds.

it is all in your mind. you are getting too excited. I think it may be the person you are with. Try getting to know the person as a friend first, so you are comfortable with them, and in time you can enjoy the time you have together. There is nothing wrong with you.
The real question here should be why is a 16 year old involved in intercourse. Enjoy your childhood and wait for the sex.
