Check list:
Who do you experience it with.
Are you happy with your choice.
Do you have resonable reservations about them in your mind.
Do you exercise.
Do you drink or drug?
Do you take your time?
1) One approach use a condom (which you should) every time with lessened sensitivity.
2) Communicate every step of the way with your partner on what stage each other is at.
3) Experiment with you sexual frequency.
4) Reduce your visual stimulation.
5) Cunnilingus. Try it.

Why stop it? Instead of trying to stop it, find ways to get hard again and keep going. Use a c0ck ring to keep yourself hard. Have her perform lots of foreplay on you. When the extra sensitivity dies down, keep going at it. It doesn’t have to stop after your first ejaculation, unless you are really selfish or too ashamed to continue. Quit your whining about your premature ejaculation and work with it.
