Why do you want her to get pregnant very soon? In any case, premature ejaculation doesn’t affect chances of pregnancy.
The age old problem. Foreplay is great for a woman. If you try hard you can make her “achieve” without penatration first. Then have intercourse. Do the baby thing first and then get your technique right. Don’t stress!!
there is no guarantee that either one of you are even fertile, let alone able to conceive asap, stress is the big killer here, the more you think about this, the less likely it is that it will ever happen, want to kill your sex life, pressures like this should do it pretty fast
