Well this is kind of embarrassing. But i am suffering from premature ejaculation and its starting to cause some relationship problems. I know that the cause of my premature ejaculation is over masturbation. I did some research on the internet and i read that this was the easiest cause of premature ejaculation to cure. Id like for somebody to confirm a few things or tell me how it actually is, and please seriouse answers.
My understanding of it is that after so long of masturbating my penis has gotten used to the feel of my hand and used to ejaculating as fast as possible. When it comes into contact with a woman it feels so good that i ejaculate prematurely.Now if thats how it actually is,would it make since that after a few times of having sex and ejaculating prematurely i would get used to the feel of a woman and start lasting longer? if not how else would i be able to cure it. Note: I am almost positive over masturbation is the cause.

ok i guess youre not one of them guys that can c.um and keep going so lets see, I would think masturbating would prolong the time it takes to c.um when you’re with a girl but it feels alot better when your actually with a girl so that would be a reason you c.um quickly, try masturbating an hour or two before sex you be able to last longer

It has nothing to do with you masturbating. In fact, the best advice is to masturbate BEFORE you become intimate. It will help you last longer since you recently had an orgasm.
