My boyfriend and I recently started having sex and he is ashamed of how soon he ejaculates. It also takes 30 mins. to an hour later for him to become erect again. In my opinion it only seems natural because its been so long but I am also wondering, could it be more than that?

Well that happens. Slow things down and keep a glass of ice near by. When he starts getting close to ejaculation, using a piece of ice to cool his business down a notch or two can lessen his sensitivity and improve his stamina.
PE can strike at any age and at any point of time. This can become a serious issue and can engulf ur friend into depression if not self corrected very soon. Then he shall requiire proper treatment and advice
